<p>Spent the majority of the degree working for RMIT's Technology Services department, supporting the delivery of university-wide platform projects.</p>
<h3 id="projectrewire">Project Rewire</h3>
<p>Supported delivery of a university-wide LMS upgrade to Canvas, building integrations between existing services and the new platform.</p>
<h3 id="projectpassport">Project Passport</h3>
<p>Delivered an upgraded single sign-on experience across all RMIT applications. Built an automation suite during spare capacity to eliminate a manual process, wrote comprehensive documentation, and handed the solution to the BAU team.</p>
<h2 id="achievements">Achievements</h2>
<p>During Project Rewire, a high-priority outage locked 2,000 students out of the LMS. With the leadership team overseas, stepped up to design and build a rapid solution without support. Recognised by leadership for resolving the incident independently.</p>
